The staff of Kopsa Otte is our most important asset. Our culture is to create a “team” of individuals that can use their strengths and knowledge to create value for our clients.

Because of the complexity of our work, we allow the staff to become specialists in areas from taxation to payroll, and sales tax to industry specific clients. By creating this “specialist” type of work environment, we do not need to know everything about everything. When a staff person needs assistance with questions or problems that are not in her or his area, they team up with another staff person that possesses that knowledge. This philosophy creates a powerful “win-win” environment. The client “wins” by having state of the art advice, and the staff “wins” by having job satisfaction.

Training of staff is also a very important aspect of our success. Annually we spend hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars keeping up to date on the ever-changing rules.
